At the very first Kvääriklubi, we slip into the night in the spirit of an old‑world cabaret. The evening begins with a touch of gambling glamour as Lady Luck herself spins the bingo machine and sets the night in motion. Our bingo — and indeed the whole soirée — is hosted by the local drag queen Lettu.
When the clock strikes ten, the DJ’s music box whirs to life and keeps spinning until the lanterns dim. Throughout the night, the club crowd will be dazzled by the cabaret sensation all the way from the United States, burlesque artist Dorian Dietrich, as well as the electrifying, high‑voltage drag performer Kelly Babah.
Have your thirst quenched by the barkeep's specials, your late‑night hunger saved by the pub kitchen (open all night!), and your dancing feet encouraged by your fellow revellers. We warmly encourage attire inspired by the evening’s theme — the best outfit will be rewarded.

Students, JKL Seta members, and Jyväskylä Burlesque members: €12 in advance / €13 at the door.Standard ticket: €15 in advance / €16 at the door.A processing fee of under one euro is added to advance tickets.Ticket sales close after the final performance and the rest of the night is free entry.

Before the main entrance, the terrace rises 17 cm above ground level.
The entrance threshold is 5 cm high.
The widths of the entrance and vestibule doors are 94 cm. The doors are not automatic.
The event space is at the back of the restaurant. The floor level rises by a 16 cm step, and the doorway widths are 124 cm and 99 cm.
An accessible toilet is located at the front of the restaurant, connected to the women’s restroom. The door is reached via a 157 cm long gentle ramp. The toilet door width is 89 cm, and the toilet has support rails.
